In this document we outline the rules for processing personal data in connection with signing up for our newsletter.

Why, how long and on what legal basis will we process your personal data?
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) and in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO). We further indicate in more detail on which grounds we process your data.

* Your personal data that you provided when signing up for the newsletter will be processed in order to send by email or forward by phone information about our Trade Fairs, commercial offers and other information about news, products and services. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.
Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you opt out earlier, which will result in the deletion of your data from the database.
The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Article 6.1.a RODO).
To whom will we transfer your personal data?
Your personal data may be transferred to our subcontractors, i.e. entities we use to process your data and provide services to you:
* Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. – in order to contact you directly by email or phone (we use Gmail and save contacts there).
* * Newsletter users.
* Newsletter Fairly, which is a platform for newsletter subscribers, owned by the Data Administrator.
* Recipients of your personal data may also be entities entitled to obtain personal data.
Security
Your personal information will be stored in accordance with security and confidentiality protection standards. Your personal information will be collected with due diligence and properly protected from access by unauthorized persons.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of your personal data, object to the processing of personal data, data portability, revoke consent to the processing of personal data. You can contact us on this matter by email at: biuro@targowo.com . You have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The rules related to the exercise of the indicated rights are described in detail in Articles 16 – 21 of the RODO. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these provisions. We emphasize that the rights indicated above are not absolute and you will not be entitled to them in relation to all processing activities of your personal data. For your convenience, we indicate below what are the limitations on your rights in connection with a contract with us.
In the case of contractual data, you do not have the ability to rectify such data after the contract has been executed. You also cannot object to the processing of the data and request deletion of the data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for contractual claims. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data and demand the deletion of data contained in invoices. However, after the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract, you may object to our processing of your data for statistical purposes, as well as demand the deletion of your data from our database.
